Cloud Deployment Models: Public, Private, and Hybrid

The deployment model defines the architecture and location of your cloud infrastructure.

  • Public Cloud: Nexqloud's public cloud delivers scalable computing resources—like virtual machines, storage, and AI services—over the internet. Owned and operated by us, it offers maximum agility and cost-efficiency, eliminating the need for you to maintain any physical hardware. It's ideal for scalable web applications, development environments, and projects with variable demand.
  • Private Cloud: A private cloud is dedicated infrastructure used exclusively by a single organization. It can be hosted on-premises in your own data center or by a third-party provider. This model offers enhanced control, security, and customization, making it suitable for highly regulated industries or legacy applications that require specific hardware configurations.
  • Hybrid Cloud: A hybrid cloud seamlessly integrates a private computing environment (either on-premises or a private cloud) with one or more public clouds like Nexqloud. This model provides unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to run sensitive workloads privately while leveraging the vast scalability of the public cloud for other tasks. It's the perfect strategy for a phased migration or for applications with dynamic data processing needs.

Multicloud: A Strategic Consideration

Many organizations adopt a multicloud approach, using services from multiple public cloud providers (e.g., Nexqloud and another provider). This strategy helps prevent vendor lock-in and allows you to select the best-in-class service for each specific workload. A hybrid cloud that uses multiple public clouds is a form of multicloud.
