Discover tailored support solutions designed to help you succeed with NexQloud, no matter your question or challenge.

What technical requirements must my infrastructure meet to join NexQloud?
NexQloud maintains rigorous technical standards to ensure consistent service quality and security across our decentralized cloud platform. Our requirements are designed to accommodate a wide range of infrastructure configurations while maintaining enterprise-grade performance and reliability standards. The technical prerequisites focus on core infrastructure capabilities, network connectivity, security implementations, and monitoring systems necessary for seamless integration with our orchestration platform.
Infrastructure providers must meet minimum hardware specifications including modern server architectures with virtualization support, adequate network bandwidth for distributed workloads, and robust power and cooling systems to ensure consistent uptime. [Information Needed - specific minimum hardware requirements including CPU generations, RAM minimums, storage types, and network capacity] All participating infrastructure must demonstrate consistent performance metrics and maintain availability standards that align with enterprise service level agreements.
Core Infrastructure Requirements:
- Compute Resources: Modern x86_64 or ARM64 processors with virtualization extensions (Intel VT-x, AMD-V), minimum 16GB RAM per server, and SSD storage for optimal performance
- Network Infrastructure: Minimum 1Gbps internet connectivity with low latency (sub-50ms to major internet exchanges), redundant network paths for high availability
- Power and Cooling: Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup power generation, and environmental controls to maintain optimal operating conditions
- Security Infrastructure: Hardware security modules (HSM) or equivalent encryption capabilities, network segmentation, and intrusion detection systems
Software and Platform Requirements:
All infrastructure must support containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and maintain compatibility with NexQloud's orchestration platform. [Information Needed - specific software requirements, supported operating systems, and container runtime versions] Providers must implement automated monitoring and logging systems that integrate with our centralized management platform for real-time performance tracking and issue resolution.
Compliance and Certification Standards:
Infrastructure providers must maintain relevant industry certifications and compliance standards appropriate to their service offerings. [Information Needed - required compliance certifications, audit schedules, and documentation requirements] Enterprise customers often require specific compliance frameworks, making certification a critical factor in maximizing revenue opportunities.
